COVID 19 (Coronavirus) - UPDATE
Perth Memorials - Update (14 May 2020)
Firstly - our thoughts are with anyone who has been impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic. Many people have either lost their employment, or have had their hours cut - hopefully things bounce back very quickly so everyone can be fully employed once again.
The good news - we are in Western Australia and are quite isolated from the rest of Australia and the world, so at least we have managed to control the virus effectively.
As a small family business, we are following all government guidelines to assist in controlling the spread of the virus - and we aim to remain vigilant.
Fortunately, we are one of few businesses that are relatively unaffected by the pandemic. In terms of business operation, for us it is 'business as usual'. Many of our sales are already undertaken 'remotely' - telephone, web-based communications and email is used extensively for choosing memorial designs and colours.
Face-to-face meetings are available again - we are happy to come and see you to discuss your requirements and show you the many hundreds of memorials that we have delivered for our clients over many years. We take great care on our visits to ensure hygienic practices are followed - no handshaking or physical contact and social distancing at all times.
All granite and marble supply is normal and manufacturing operations are operating with no delays. Our international supplies are back on track, especially from Italy (where supply was problematic for a while).
Over many years, we have deliberately kept our overheads and staffing costs very low - we have always passed cost-savings on to our clients wherever possible, and will continue to do so. Our pricing will not increase during this time.
Please take care and don't hesitate to call us on 1800 027 377 at any time if we can assist you.
